The richie aerospring brace
The Richie AeroSpring system replaces walking boots and treats a variety of lower extremity pathologies. The Richie AeroSpring Brace Systems combine the proven performance of a carbon fiber ankle-foot orthosis with a variety of pathology specific foot orthoses to stabilize the joints of the lower extremity and speed recovery. This lightweight brace system can be worn for weeks and months by the injured patient with almost no negative effects on gait, general comfort or ability to drive an automobile.
The richie brace – standard
The classic Richie Brace. The lightweight construction and low profile design features of the Richie Brace allows better shoe fit, more freedom of movement and reduced pain from injury. Many patients can eventually recover and discontinue wearing their brace. The lightweight, low profile design is preferred by patient over traditional longer-leg, solid-shell ankle foot orthoses.
the richie dynamic assist brace
A dorsiflexion-assist AFO for dropfoot conditions. The Richie Dynamic Assist Brace is indicated for the stabilization of the foot and ankle in patients with weakness of the dorsiflexor and evetor muscles of the lower leg. This presentation may be the result of: post CVA (stroke), Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, diabetic neuropathy, mild muscular dystrophy and post spinal cord surgery.

A rigid ankle foot orthosis combining a custom molded shell with fine leather, a padded collar and extra padding for superb support AND comfort. Clinical indications include: rigid, non-reducible Adult Acquired Flatfoot (Stage III and IV), severe DJD or deformity of hindfoot, Charcot arthropathy and partial or complete dropfoot.
The Richie California AFO brace
A rigid AFO for total restraint of foot and ankle movements. Features an adjustable leather closure over the tibia and forefoot, plus a patented medial or lateral arch suspender for self-adjusting arch support. Clinical indications include: rigid, non-reducible Adult Acquired Flatfoot (Stage III and IV), severe DJD or deformity of hindfoot and Charcot anthropathy.

The traditional solid AFO. Features a balanced functional orthotic footplate, rearfoot post and extended forefoot padding. Benefits of the Richie Solid AFO Brace include: correction of varus/valgus forefoot deformities, control hindfoot inversion/eversion and comfort and accommodation of plantar lesions.
